
Anthony Kupnicki graduated Walkerville Colligiate High school in 1997, centre for the arts in his hometown Windsor Ontario. He has more than just dreams of developing skills as a professional filmmaker, he's a naturally born leader and entrepreneur taking on challenges of directing multi-camera broadcast for audiences tuning in around the globe.
As most creative high school students he was on the path to University in 1998, but after a few years developing his people skills through front end service of the hospitality industry and short lived career in personal training, he followed his passion for filmmaking by honing all his energy in 2002 on a one year production program at the Victoria Motion Picture School. He began to articulate the fundamentals and effectively communicate to others his understanding of human behavior through multimedia and film. While building his confidence through the one year credited film program at VMPS, he began to discovered the fundamentals of acting, directing, lighting, sound, camera operating and editing... Vancouver's film industry and television industry welcomed Anthony with open arms after a he worked his smoke and mirror magic on a few low budget independent television shows, movie of the week specials, and later big budget feature films. It was through set decoration that he gained the trust and respect of producers and broadcasters by acquiring Lead Set Dresser status, in the Set Decoration department of the British Columbia's filmmakers union, ACFC - West. 3 years after learning the key roles in the film industry and being mentored by the best in "Hollywood North," Anthony applied his knowledge to develop a business plan through a one year credited business school where he quickly developed his very first production company in Vancouver, REAL WEST VISION. He was quickly recognized for his raw talent as a camera operator and professionalism in a suit by his peers watching on. He was invited to sit on the executive board of directors at the British Columbia Professional Videographers Association where he served for 2 years while building a personal project that would change his life forever. In 2008 Anthony returned to his hometown in Ontario with his pursuit set on creating his very own feature length documentary film. Today the film has grown to be bigger than he could have wildly imagined. He's personally interviewed over 65 individuals, some include: both amateur & professional athletes, world famous doctors, nutritionists, politicians, chief naturopaths, Olympic coaches, teachers and the list continues to grow. Anthony is more than prepared for behind the scenes of any production and will be a key player in Canadian cinema.
He confidently contributes to feature films, television series, and commercial programming, in Canada and the United States. His encourage all those he encounters to achieve their best lives through physical activity, proper nutrition, visual arts & healthy entertainment that inspires.
